Week 2 A+ Blog

 After reading the second chapter of our materials for this week I wonder if Charles Babbage ever could have imagined how his dream of making mathematical calculations simpler would have evolved into what we all call modern computing with so many other applications. I would say not but, who knows! Computers have changed in so many ways over the years as technology has progressed but what seems to be very familiar is certain components are all still required to have a computing device to come together. Different but the same! I walked down memory lane watching the video from the Microsoft of old to the present day downloads. Everything we do in this modern day depends in some way on computers, from pumping gas at the pump to freezing your food at home. I work with cell phones on a daily basis and am amazed at all the fast processing capabilities we have now versus the bag phones of old!
